Shipping And Handling

Beds for Everyone (Sheffield) Ltd deliver all items ordered on the internet FREE within South Yorkshire and within a reasonable distance of M1 motorway .  All other areas may have a delivery charge ranging from £12 - £45.  Some imported items may also take longer to arrange shipping.  Furniture that is made to order can take 2 - 6 weeks.  Please enquire if you need to know a more accurate timescale.

Delivery lead times shown are working days only (Monday to Friday and at times between 9am and 7pm) unless otherwise stated.  However, we may deliver locally on a Saturday by prior arrangment or if you live within a 10 mile radius of our Sheffield warehouse.  Please be aware that imported goods may exceed the normal lead times. If you require your item by a specific date please call or email. We should  be able to give an idea of when the next shipment is due into the central distribution centre but cannot guarantee an exact date.  If you require a product urgently, email sales@bedsforeveryone.co.uk before placing an order.

We do not normally deliver to the following areas, but items such as rolled or vacuum packed memory foam mattresses and products supplied by Airsprung, BIB, Birlea, Serene, Sealy, Sleepy Valley, may be shipped direct.  Enquire with us for cost for delivery to the following areas:

Cornwall, Northern Ireland, Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Lewis, Isle of Skye, Scotland, Shetlands, Outer Hebrides, Orkney Islands.

If when placing an order a message is received "we do not deliver to your area".  Please telephone or email tus with what you wish to order and your postcode and contact and we will see if we can accommodate you.

All items are delivered to the first reception room of the customers delivery address (our couriers can only delivery to ground floor level unless pre-arranged when the item is purchased). The customer needs to be present and to have made suitable arrangements to move the items to their required location.

High rise flats and apartments

Should you be resident in a block of flats or apartments, please contact us before placing an order.  Provide us with details of access issues, steps, floors (in high rise) and lifts.

Signing for your goods

Inspect the packaging on all items before signing for them.  Should the packaging be damaged, ask the driver to report it and to wait whilst you examine the item in the damaged parcel. Should you find your product damaged on opening the package, return the delivery stating damaged in transit and contact us by phone immediately, followed by a written email or letter and where possible enclosing a photograph of the damage.

We will not set up your item; all bedsteads are packed flat and require 2 person home assembling.  If you live within 3 miles of our warehouse, contact our warehouse manager to enquire about assembling.  This is not normally a service we provide, but may be arranged in special circumstances.

Please note where a delivery/collection date has been agreed with the carrier and the buyer, and the buyer is not present, the seller reserves the right to charge the buyer a minimum of £15 to cover the cost of the failed delivery/ collection.

An ETA can sometimes be given depending on the courier but times may vary depending on any traffic delays.
