DIVANS AND NON-ROLLED MATTRESSES - are delivered by us within South Yorkshire and NorthEast Derbyshire postcodes ONLY.
FRAMES and BUNKBEDS- We only stock a few frames and bunk beds and these can be delivered locally
IMPORTED FRAMES AND FURNITURE items will take longer to arrange shipping, depending on stock in the UK. Furniture that is made to order can take 2 - 3 weeks and a minimum order may be required. Please email your enquiry and we will respond asap.

Delivery lead times for in-stock goods are Tuesday to Saturday by arrangement, usually between 10.30am and 3.30pm). Goods being delivered by a third party will be arranged with the customer. Please be aware that imported goods may exceed the normal lead times. We are able to give an idea of when the next shipment is due into the central distribution centre but cannot guarantee an exact date. If you require a product urgently, email sales@bedsforeveryone.co.uk before placing an order.
Scotland - Some products are available for a third party delivery. Please contact us before placing any order.
All items are normally delivered to the first reception room of the customers delivery address. (our drivers can only delivery to ground floor level unless pre-arranged when the item is purchased).
Should you be resident in a block of flats or apartments, please contact us before placing an order. Provide us with details of access issues, steps, floors (in high rise) and lifts.
Signing for your goods
Inspect the packaging on all items before signing for them. Should the packaging be damaged, ask the driver to report it and to wait whilst you examine the item in the damaged parcel. Should you find your product damaged on opening the package, return the delivery stating damaged in transit and contact us by phone immediately, followed by a written email or letter and where possible enclosing a photograph of the damage.
We will not set up your item unless we have previously agreed this, and there may be a charge; all bedsteads are packed flat and require 2 person home assembling. If you live within 3 miles of our warehouse, contact our warehouse manager to enquire about assembling. This is not normally a service we provide, but may be arranged in special circumstances for a discretional fee.
Please note where a delivery/collection date has been agreed with the carrier and the buyer, and the buyer is not present, the seller reserves the right to charge the buyer a minimum of £35 to cover the cost of the failed delivery/ collection.
An ETA can sometimes be given depending on the courier but times may vary depending on any traffic delays.
Complaints Procedure
